Exchanges and Returns
You have 14 days from the day after receiving the products to request an exchange or refund. You can make your request by emailing diane@lingenieuseparis.com. Returns are at your expense unless we make an error (size or product error). Upon receipt of the products, we will process your refund/exchange within 7 days.
